Att. İlme carried the analytical discipline of the engineering years into legal practice, handling cases in family, labor, criminal and sentence-execution, commercial and inheritance law, and serving as a Ministry of Justice registered mediator in labor, commercial and consumer disputes. We also handle cases and provide advice in rental disputes, enforcement proceedings, real estate matters and compensation claims.

How does online legal consultation work?

You choose a suitable day and time on the online booking page and create your appointment with secure payment. The consultation takes place over our end-to-end encrypted video system; it is not recorded or stored. We can meet clients from across Türkiye and abroad in Turkish, English or German.

How are attorney's fees determined?

Fees are set according to the nature and scope of the work and the effort it will require, without going below the lower limit of the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff (AAÜT) published by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. The fee for an online consultation is displayed clearly at the booking step; specific fee information for litigation and case files is shared during the consultation.

Do I need to prepare before booking an appointment?

To get the most out of the consultation, it is enough to have documents such as your case file, court notices, contracts or correspondence ready. You can share your documents securely during the consultation.

Can I get services from outside Yalova or from abroad?
