How does online legal consultation work?

After you book an appointment, you receive a private video meeting link. At the scheduled time you join the meeting through that link and receive advice from your lawyer with the quality of an in-person meeting.

Can you take a power of attorney after the online meeting?

Yes. The online meeting is not limited to advice. Once we have assessed your situation, and if it is appropriate, we can take a power of attorney and follow your case through to the end.

Can I have a meeting from abroad?

Yes, you can join a meeting from anywhere in the world. We provide service in Turkish, English and German, and we offer flexible appointment times to accommodate time differences. For citizens living abroad, we also have a separate Lawyer from Abroad (in Turkish) service page covering powers of attorney, recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, title deed matters and inheritance.

How is payment made?

When booking your appointment, you can pay by credit card or debit card through the 3D Secure payment system. All payments are secured through the iyzico payment infrastructure.

How long does a meeting last?

A standard consultation lasts 30 minutes. For more complex matters, a 60-minute meeting package is also available.
